Your Order Status, Changes and History

It's easy to manage your orders through your Forzieri account, at any time. You can check your open orders status, update orders you just submitted, view your orders history and more. Read below for more details. Simply click My Account on top of this page to access your account.

View "open" orders status

Your Forzieri orders control panel (in My Account) allows you to monitor real-time your order status. The Forzieri staff updates your order status as this reaches a new processing phase until it ships out.

View your orders history

The order control panel provides you a detailed report on all orders placed on Forzieri since your Forzieri account was created.

Edit or cancel your new orders

The order control panel allows you to edit or cancel all those "open" orders who haven't yet started the processing phase. Check the order status to see if your order can still be edited or cancelled. In case your order can still be edited, your order management interface will allow you to add/remove products, change Shipping/Billing addresses, edit your gift wrapping preferences or change your payment method.
